Why Breast Lift?
At Elysian Plastic Surgery a breast lift—also known as mastopexy—is a transformative procedure designed to lift and reshape sagging breasts for a more youthful, uplifted, and naturally contoured appearance. Over time, factors such as aging, pregnancy, breastfeeding, weight fluctuations, and gravity can cause the breasts to lose firmness and position, often leading to stretched skin, downward-pointing nipples, and a deflated shape. A breast lift restores the breasts’ natural elevation and firmness without necessarily increasing size.

During the procedure, excess skin is removed, and the breast tissue is reshaped and repositioned higher on the chest wall. The nipple and areola are also elevated and resized if needed to restore symmetry and proportion. Mastopexy can be performed alone or combined with breast augmentation (implants or fat transfer) if additional volume is desired.
